Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Train and manage team of 15+ warehouse associates with performance metrics
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Develop process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency
- Generate operational reports for senior leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred
