Responsibilities
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Perform inventory counts and maintain warehouse organization
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Utilize handheld scanners for order tracking and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and Amazon's quality standards
- Support remote inventory management systems when off-site
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Warehouse or logistics experience a plus
- Comfortable with remote administrative tasks
