Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse environment following safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Document warehouse activities in real-time using WMS systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
