Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Coordinate with remote inventory management teams for real-time stock updates
- Maintain organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with logistics team members via digital communication tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy with ability to use handheld scanners
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to Charlotte facility
