Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (provided by Amazon) including scanners, forklifts, and conveyor systems
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain inventory accuracy using handheld scanning devices
- Adhere to strict safety protocols while handling merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Report equipment maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous warehouse experience (a plus)
