- Utilize WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) for real-time inventory tracking
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless supply chain integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS software and inventory management systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
