Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
- Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions and operational reports
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely loading/unloading of shipments
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to management as needed
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide comprehensive training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong leadership potential and ability to motivate teams
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with staff and management
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
