Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan orders for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Uphold Amazon's high standards for cleanliness and organization
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds unassisted
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
