Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and package customer orders using provided scanners and conveyors
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning
- Adhere to strict safety protocols with provided protective gear
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with provided supportive footwear
- Basic computer literacy for handheld scanner operation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail with provided checklists
