Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and manage inventory using Amazon-provided scanners and equipment
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse machinery (training provided) including pallet jacks and conveyors
- Maintain clean, safe work areas following Amazon's safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Report equipment issues to maintenance using provided communication tools
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy for operating warehouse technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with provided lifting equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Valid government-issued ID required
