Responsibilities
- Operate Amazon-provided warehouse equipment including scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks to efficiently move and organize inventory
- Pick, pack, and sort customer orders with precision using handheld technology
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following Amazon's 5S safety standards
- Process inbound and outbound shipments while adhering to quality control procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets in a climate-controlled facility
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Comfortable operating warehouse equipment with provided training
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling
- Basic computer literacy for using warehouse management systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
