Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring efficient daily operations and safety compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including shipping/receiving and cycle counts
- Implement lean practices to reduce waste and improve productivity metrics
- Lead OSHA compliance training and incident investigations
- Collaborate with remote teams for cross-functional supply chain planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems and data analysis tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while coordinating remote teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience)
