Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using handheld scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed to meet daily targets
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid government-issued ID and authorization to work in the US
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – full training provided
