Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders while maintaining quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and conveyor systems
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize handheld scanners for accurate order processing
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
