Responsibilities
- Safely handle, scan, and sort inventory in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to meet safety standards
- Participate in daily inventory counts and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere strictly to Amazon's safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to 5100 S Park Ave, Tucson
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
