Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and sort packages in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and quality standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organizing storage areas
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to the Tulsa facility
