Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect merchandise for damage or defects before shipping.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and targets.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely and organized manner.
- Participate in regular safety training and drills.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work on your feet.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment.
