Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Sort, organize, and store products in designated freezer and cooler zones.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation to ensure product freshness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping floors and checking equipment.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (-10°F to 40°F).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver’s license (Class C) preferred but not always required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
