Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld RF scanners and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy in all zones.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and powered hand trucks.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipment issues.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Load Operations: Efficiently load and unload trailers and sort packages using sorting equipment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy; ability to learn RF scanner technology quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory checks.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Legal Status: Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
