Responsibilities
- Load, unload, sort, and scan packages efficiently to ensure timely processing.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Package goods securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervision.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Basic math skills for inventory scanning and labeling.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid forklift certification (if applying for forklift operator role).
