Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize errors.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF guns) to track shipments and inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work the Night Shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license (optional for some roles).
