Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory and materials to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and conveyor systems.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace by adhering to all safety protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and performance goals.
- Perform inventory checks and stock rotation to prevent product damage and loss.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed to support operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for long periods of time on various surfaces.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 49 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and operating instructions.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
