Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads and other associates to meet daily performance goals.
- Scan and track inventory using handheld scanners.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 49 lbs).
- Ability to work in various temperatures (coolers, freezers, dry warehouses).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
