Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, shrink wrappers)
- Perform quality checks on packed orders to prevent errors
- Maintain organized inventory storage and rotation systems
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily deadlines
- Document packing activities using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation if required)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
