Responsibilities
- Sort, stow, and process inbound and outbound merchandise efficiently using handheld scanners and conveyor systems.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and powered pallet jacks to move inventory safely.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to all safety guidelines and reporting potential hazards immediately.
- Lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 49 pounds repeatedly throughout your shift.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and ensure operational excellence.
- Perform quality checks on orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Stand and walk for extended periods while performing physical tasks in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods (up to 10 hours).
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read and interpret instructions on scanners.
- Willingness to work in various temperature conditions (heated and cooled environments).
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following standard operating procedures.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
