Job Overview
In this role, you will play a crucial part in our daily operations, ensuring that products are loaded and unloaded efficiently, accurately, and safely. You will work closely with our inventory team to maintain our high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and stack products in designated storage areas to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Verify accuracy of packing lists and ensure proper labeling of all items.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory checks.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
