Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a zero-accident workplace environment.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy using our WMS.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse staff, conducting performance reviews.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to optimize delivery schedules and reduce bottlenecks.
- Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and manage vendor relationships for repairs.
- Prepare daily shift reports and operational summaries for upper management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or operations.
- Valid forklift certification and material handling equipment license.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
