Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided on-site).
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and workflow goals.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using conveyor belts and manual handling techniques.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
