Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, order pickers) in accordance with safety protocols.
- Receive, verify, and stage incoming inventory shipments.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping using standard packaging materials.
- Perform daily cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to quality standards and company policies regarding material handling.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory software.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
