Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label merchandise for shipment with precision and efficiency using industry-standard materials.
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips and digital scanners to ensure 100% correctness.
- Operate packing machinery and hand tools safely and correctly according to OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock rotation, and cycle counting.
- Collaborate with team leads and warehouse staff to optimize packing workflows and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
