Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and prepare packages for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks and conveyor belts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily performance targets.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in various environments, including freezer and outdoor areas.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
