Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and organize stock areas to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
- Equipment Operation: Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and scanners, following all safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure packaging quality to prevent shipment issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals and handle peak season demands.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and handling inventory.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems.
