Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% delivery accuracy.
- Load and unload merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment and technology to manage inventory efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods (typically 8-10 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and move heavy objects.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work in a climate-controlled environment.
