Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently and accurately using handheld scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners) safely and in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace is clean, organized, and safe at all times to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets and goals.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages, discrepancies, and quality control.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols strictly.
- Flexibly adapt to changing priorities and shift schedules to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn to use handheld scanning devices quickly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
