Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 99% accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners to input data, scan barcodes, and track inventory levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and adheres to strict safety protocols.
- Load and unload trailers using proper equipment and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld devices (RF scanners) is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
