Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately verify and document incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Packing: Securely pack products to ensure they arrive at their destination damage-free.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid ID and be eligible to work in the United States.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and ensure accuracy in inventory counts.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills to work effectively with the team.
