Responsibilities
- Receive, pick, pack, and scan customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and stand-up forklifts, safely and correctly.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and organizing stock areas.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve operational issues and improve workflow.
- Load and unload shipments in a timely manner, ensuring proper handling of goods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse software.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
