Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight using pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Package and label items for shipment using proper packing materials.
- Organize inventory in the warehouse storage areas to maintain order.
- Operate warehouse management systems and handheld scanners to track stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Baton Rouge facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
