Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and package inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in real-time
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping and receiving targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and workflow processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and literacy skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment after paid training
