Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and mobile devices.
- Sort, pack, and prepare packages for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to guidelines.
- Inspect inventory and merchandise for damages or discrepancies before processing.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Flexibility to work in various environments, including temperature-controlled areas.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
