Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products by hand or using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Pack and label products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to manage inventory levels effectively.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational goals and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and math skills required for scanning and labeling.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if working in a dock door area.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- No prior warehouse experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
