Responsibilities
- Receive and Process Stock: Inspect, unpack, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Pick and Pack Orders: Efficiently select products from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team members.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management to maintain accurate stock records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided) to move materials efficiently.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean and organized to maximize workflow efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily and hourly performance goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 49 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems.
- Availability: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and accuracy.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
