Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and prepare packages for shipment using handheld scanners and conveyor systems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Load and unload merchandise safely using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Perform inventory checks and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
