Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature controls in refrigerated/freezer environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct daily inventory audits and cycle counts in cold storage zones
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP, FSMA) and sanitation standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, RF scanners) in cold conditions
- Document temperature logs and product handling records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
