Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, seal, and label orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld scanners and mobile devices to process orders efficiently.
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Sort, stock, and replenish inventory on shelves and in storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read and follow instructions.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
