What You'll Do:
Your day will be fast-paced and engaging. You will utilize our state-of-the-art technology to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Whether you are picking, packing, or building pallets, your attention to detail ensures quality service.
Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently select items from inventory and prepare them for shipment using handheld scanners and packing equipment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and powered industrial vehicles.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors to ensure accurate stock counts.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and floors clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 49 lbs frequently and stand/walk for long periods (up to 10 hours).
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic Skills: Ability to read and interpret basic instructions and use handheld technology (scanners).
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
