Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, stand-up forklifts, and power jacks.
- Inventory Management: Receive, sort, and process incoming inventory with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Pick & Pack: Pick and pack customer orders according to strict guidelines to ensure quality assurance.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including floor recovery and debris removal.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily productivity goals and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Communication: Basic English comprehension skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Attitude: Strong commitment to safety and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
