Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and automated systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are properly managed and organized.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems, as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet daily performance targets and deadlines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs continuously throughout the shift.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld devices and computer systems for data entry.
- Legal Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Teamwork: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and support fellow associates.
