Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Inspect goods for quality assurance and ensure proper labeling and packaging before shipment.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile any stock discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
