Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet shipping targets.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse to ensure optimal stock levels and accurate tracking.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures at all times to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals and targets.
- Perform quality checks on products before they are labeled and shipped.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and instructions clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the physical demands of the job.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
